The Well-being of 19th Ave Alleyway

Someone has been leaving stuff in the alleyway again.  Hoping people can keep an eye out on who is establishing ownership.  Please let parents, staff, and volunteers know plants (cannabis) have been left at the site "free to good home".  Rather than create drama, if staff, parents or volunteers would like to take, relocate, and care for the plants elsewhere this might be helpful.  They are young female plants that will remain small and rootbound if left unplanted.  Currently, they are little to no danger to anyone and I will continue to water them rather than watch them die.  If some tyrannical, anti-drug person wishes to hack them to bits in rage and panic well then i suppose what will be will be.   I am worried a little for the person or persons trying to establish fort.  I will leave it up to everyone and not worry too much... I will be trying to mow alleyway on Tuesdays and will let Public Works know if this clothing and trash are not rem...

A pretty typical site behind our fence especially when the rains cease and Summer is in full swing.  I've placed a work order for Public Works and informed neighboring people and organizations.  And, when I mow the alleyway I will check again to see again the state of this situation.  If no one has had a chance to pick up the wet mess I'll try to gather and collect it to a central spot. Neighbors are suggesting cutting down the trees but the trees are really important; they keep our neighborhood cool.  This area, due to all the concrete and lack of shade, really heats up during the summer.

Will say, for better or worse, very little camping here at the moment.. Very Interesting Indeedy Doo Completely different issues in the alleyway currently; this entire area seems under construction and changing kinda fast.  I have some great hopes for the grey water system installed and the landscaping that will be placed onto this new creation of human. What are my choices.. The alleyway is looking great! Only one hidden needle and needle cap.  I'm not going to weigh in as to whether there needs to be a needle exchange here because i simply don't know and have not studied the issue.  Again, I've very carefully sculpted the vegetation so that the alleyway is most clearly visible so that we can see anyone who may be dangerously passed out in the alleyway or someone trying to establish ...
